Lead of Business Development and Customer Service

What is so challenging about this job? (I.e. Responsibilities):

  • Allocation and Management of Tasks;
  • Accurate information sharing between the team, other teams and clients;
  • Ensuring overall project status is on track and quality of delivery is on expected level;
  • Following and developing new policies and procedures of the department;
  • Directing communications with clients (large US and Worldwide brands) and their customer service and/or marketing teams;
  • Management of pre-sales process (NO COLD CALLING);
  • Analysis of competitors and search for new opportunities for the company;
  • Optimization of existing and providing ideas for new mass mailing advertising campaigns;
  • Identification of new opportunities for upsell to existing clients;
  • Optimization and management of all operations within the department;
  • Management of customer and user technical support teams (email, phone, GoToMeeting);
  • Creation of templates (canned responses), guidelines and instructions both for internal and external use;
  • Creation of detailed performance reports;
  • Taking part in department budget planning and workload planning, forecasting and execution;
  • Improvement of employees’ motivation, participation in team buildings and other team activities;
  • Training of newcomers and creation of career development plans of your team;

The Hottest Must-Haves (i.e. Requirements):

  • Advanced English;
  • 3+ years of proven management experience (teams of 5 and more people);
  • 2+ years of experience in customer relations management;
  • Ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects at the same time (The God of Multitasking);
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills;
  • 2+ years of total experience with ZenDesk, Zoho, Desk, Kayako or similar CRMs;
  • Ability to setup and customize a CRM system according to the business requirements;
  • Ability to work on challenging projects, deal with complex solutions;

It’s cool if you have:

  • Experience of leading projects for Enterprise level customers;
  • Experience with Jira or Redmine;
  • Background in Sales or Marketing (or even both J);
  • Experience in Requirement management;

Work schedule:

  • Monday through Friday between 9:00 or 10.00 am to 6:00 pm or 7.00 p.m.
  • 1-hour Skype meeting with investors on Saturday;
